Hello

My name is Chase Roberts

When I joined the Whitthorne Tigers football team in the 6th grade, I grew fond of the sport. I especially fell in love with the fitness aspect of it. Since then, I have dedicated my life to fitness and nutrition. During my senior year playing for the Columbia Central Lions, I decided I wanted to spend the rest of my life helping others with their health and wellness goals.

I got accepted to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017. I knew I wanted to be a personal fitness trainer and after 4 years of hard work I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science.

 

Throughout my studies and experience, I have developed a keen eye for proper science-based nutrition and exercise. My ability to create customized fitness plans based on individual goals has enabled me to help clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally, I learned to use my communication skills, faith, and passion to inspire and effectively motivate clients towards their goals.
